I hosted Virginia Attorney General Robert McDonnell as an Valentine’s Day, there were so many rave compliments about the Butter Poached Lobster Tail that we kept it on the menu for the next three weeks - it sold out each time! Be assured that Dennis will be adding other innovative lobster dishes to our menu during the year. This month’s Small Plates Cuisine will be Friday, March 14th, celebrating St. Patrick’s Day (note change from 4th Friday – this month only). True to Irish tradition, we will feature:
